J. Andres Molina is a Guatemalan photographer and editor currently based out of central Texas, USA. He studied Visual Arts at Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University and subsequently Digital Media at Rider University. His main focus began with video work but soon thereafter evolved to still images. He is well versed in both digital and film photography (full frame, medium format, and large format). The film work is primarily self-developed and home-scanned. For digital work he is also proficient with Adobe’s video and image programs (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop & Lightroom).

Over the years he has explored many different types of photography such as event, portraiture and astrophotography; the most creative and artistic fulfillment however came from landscape, street, and travel photography. This site is as much a portfolio as it is a journal chronicling different excursions and adventures.
